SOBRE EL ETHOS DEMOCRÁTICO DEL VENEZOLANO

Resumen

The general thesis of this comment is that an incorporated democratic ethos doesn 't exist in Venezuela but, on one hand, a series of ethical dispositions that should be evaluated in the light of the ideal demands of a democracy and, far other, a certain conscience of those demands that could serve as base to e/abarate a citizen s profile. Two parts are presented: a general one, relative to the concepts of ethos and democracy, and an specific one consisten! in sorne observations about the notion of «pueblo» and the problem of the power relationships in Venezuela.
