LA JUSTICIA COMO CRITERIO DE DISCERNIMIENTO PARA SUPERARLA ACTUAL SITUACIÓN IDSTÓRICA.

The intention of the present article is to propose the frame concept of justice used in the Christian tradition as a fundamental criterion to discem the quality of praxis required at the present time for the transformation of the social relations in Venezuela. For it, we briefly expose the architecture that conforms this frame concept, indicating its constituent notes and how they are related to each other. Next, we indicated the characteristics more characteristic than they compose, to ours to understand, the present time of our historical time and its possibilities. Finally, we tried to propose sorne criteria in order to discem the present historical figure, from the frame concept of justice. This would help to establish those more necessary and urgent courses of action in our reality.
"La justicia es la primera virtud de las instituciones sociales, como la verdad lo es de los sistemas de pensamiento. Una teoría por muy elegante y económica que fuera, tiene que ser rechazada o revisada si no es verdadera; de igual modo, no importa que las leyes e instituciones estén ordenadas y sean eficientes: si son injustas han de ser reformadas o abolidas [. . .} siendo las primeras virtudes de la actividad humana, la verdad y la justicia no pueden estar sujetas a transacciones."
