EL ANÁLISIS FILOSÓFICO DE LOS FENÓMENOS POLÍTICOS

Un criterio elemental para examinar la realidad venezolana

Resumen

This essay tries to contribute an elementary criterion of analysis that can be applied usefully in the examination of the historical and political reality, particularly the Venezuelan: the explanation of concepts in order to evaluate beliefs. The proposed criterion neither is new nor is original, is trivial and elementary, although it has been forgotten in the Venzuelan political speech. Due to this forgetfulness, we will to argue in favor of the necessity to clarify concepts as a mechanisms of breaking the plot that lives within all (political) speech. The work, then, is divided in two parts: first, it approaches the meaning of a criterion; second, it presents the central argument and it finishes trying to exemplify (briefly and using the concept of "civil disobedience") the sharp from theoretical point of view. The general conclusion is that at the present poli ti cal time of our country, the criterion proposed here is definitively pertinent.
