EN TORNO AL CONCEPTO DE DESOBEDIENCIA CIVIL

Resumen

The intention of this essay is to study the concept of civil disobedience in arder to facilitate an approach to its meaning, implications and differences with other acts of political actions that are related to it. This essay is divided in two sections. First, it outlines the foundations of the political obligation, in arder to sustain the thesis by which acts of political obedience have to be found on ethical and moral bases, and that the fulfillment of ali guideline regulations has to be supported on justice based principies. In the second part, we will try to characterize the notion of civil disobedience under one the former perspectives: first, the negative, indicating the differences of this notion in relation to other forms of social disobedience; and second, the positive perspective, referring to sorne constituent elements of this ethical and political notion.
