Resumen

Toe present essay departs from the environmental difficulty to live political democracy and verifies that our democratic deficit tends to rarefy and stir up the citizen's coexistence. In order to revert this situation, this essay proposes to build as human subjects with freedom a positive relation with and from the others. From this notion ofhuman subjects as persons in relation to one another, it will be possible to cultivate the culture and values of a real democracy as a form ofbuilding up this social relation that constitute us as human subjects. We will develop how a real culture and praxis of democracy is a privileged expression of the attitude that welcomes and recognizes the sovereignty of God among us.
