TRASFONDO E IMPLICACIONES DEL PROYECTO DE REFORMA CONSTITUCIONAL

Resumen

This work tries to exhibit briefly the main issues of the Project ofReform 
of the National Constitution proposed by the President of the Republic befare 
the National Assembly and sanctioned by this one, with severa! additions, the 2 
ofNovember of2007. Sorne ofthe ideological foundations ofthis Project, as 
well as the constitutional reach of the main changes are analyzed and shown.
