Resumen

Afterwards a comprehensive analysis of the new LOE (positive aspects, faults and negative aspects) a linguistic, grammatical and conceptual analysis is performed after which six comments are withdrawn that conclude that LOE scarcely has pedagogical terms and superabundance of political ones. Thereupon the issues are explained and compared one by one, if occasion arises, with the 1980's LOE, paying special attention to issues number 6 (Teacher's skills) and number 15 (Teaching purposes). A discussion is also stated on considering if the Venezuelan Constitution is properly interpreted when quoted. Herein specific issues related to teaching are explained and hereby five remarks arise from a deep analysis applied to LOE.
