Resumen

A short exposition is done dealing with the joundations of "correct writing" after the Royal Academy aj Spanish Language; also, several proposals of change are illustrated, the different levels of linguistic expression are distinguished, and the use and cultural bearing of the letter Hin the Spanish writing are analysed.
