Resumen

The complexity of this theological and christian approach to the "Optionfor the Poor" lies in the difficulty of maihtaining such an option when it pretends to be all-encompassing, not only for the dialectical dimension of poverty in our world, but mostly because of the complexity of this countercultural option. lt is not a thematic option, but rather a systematic one, more even for an intellectual, who besides doing it, has to accountfor its meaning and practice in his everyday life.
