Resumen

The following paper intends to develop Thomas A quinas' idea about opinion through the Medieval theological methodology known as Questio Disputata to examine if Middle-Age Scholars were a ble make use of this di alee tic al cathegory beyond its analytical boundaries under which it was considered by Aristotelian Rhetoric itself. Likewise and in the second part of the paper, we shall deal with the scholastic methodology components to determine if opinion itself appropriately appertains to the theological dispute framework.
