DISCERNIMIENTO HISTÓRICO DE LA SITUACIÓN ACTUAL DE VENEZUELA

Resumen

We take for granted that the first step of discernment consists in producing a complete phenomenology on how the people of Venezuela live and take up this situation. This step is unavoidable in arder to respect the interpersonal reality which comes from the obedience to the impulse of the Holy Spirit. Then takes place the judgment, not necessarily condemnatory, even in case of a sinful situation, but only as revelation and recognition of sinful disorder. This judgment includes also the positive aspects, indispensable tools to overcome inhuman situations, and to avo id the danger of falling into fetish.
