FE Y VERDAD A LA LUZ DE LA ONTOLOGÍA DE LA PERSONA

Resumen

-- The purpose of my paper is to explore, in the first place, the epistemology of faith's testimony and its relation to contemporary ways of understanding the rational justification of scientific propositions. In doing so, my aim is to highlight, following John Zizioulas, the importance of the notion of person as a constitutive element of our concept of truth. Finally, I attempt to show to what extent our blindness to personal experience understood as a crucial aspect of theoretical truth not only explains modern atheism and agnosticism, but also sheds light on the lack of moral sense that characterize sorne form of religious disbelief
