Resumen

In his remarkable book El aro y la trama, Alejandro Moreno tries to systematize an interdisciplinary discourse that explains (following Foucault's thought) the mother-episteme of Venezuelan popular reality. This article is a review of Moreno's epistemological and hermeneutic positions against the Modernity and against its kind of reason, to which the author associates with an arbitrary process of cultural domination.
