With the appearance of bioethics, this digniry has become more problematic, since complexiry factors have entered to play a role, due to the development of technologies that effect the care of human life from its birth to its death. This complexiry is developing a methodology far the treatment of specific problems, where individuals, hospitals and public powers have a very importan! word to say.
