LA CONFORMACIÓN SISTÉMICA DEL CUERPO SOCIAL COMO CRITERIO DE DISCERNIMIENTO DE NUESTRA SITUACIÓN HISTORICA

Resumen

-- The society is nota social aggregate of individuals, classes and institutions. lt is fundamentally a set of relations that are ordered in susbsystems, which are communicated conforming one structured system. When the social body loses its systernic character, puts in dangef its own existence and it is disabled to take control of his possibilities. During these Iast 20 years, the Venezuelan society has tried to solve its crisis, conceming social disintegration, imposing an hegemony of a unique dimension of the social life over the others. Between 1983 and 1991 one thought that the fortification of an econornic system of free market would efficiently sol ve the social and political problems of our society. From 1992 to our date one has thought that the control of the political power would enable an unilaterally direction of the society towards the solution of his huge problems. The result of this process has been the
deepening of the disintegration. To recompose the systemic character of the Venezuelan social body, would be required the foundation of the economic and politicial purposeson the citizen's necessities and expectations, under a clear will of integration that interacts through suitable subjective dispositions and an institutionalized order.
