DE LA LEGITIMIDAD CARISMATICA A LA INSTITUCIONALIZACION DEMOCRATICA

Resumen

--- We sustain that in Venezuela appeared a particular and legitimating form of charismatic behavior in the political power. Following Max Weber we think that due to this charismatic domination, this form of politics will be temporary. Necessarily it must reach the institutionalization of the leader, assuming a rational or traditional domination. Our hypothesis is that in our society social forces with capacity will exist to produce the transformation of the existing charismatic messianism in a form of democratic political institutionalization, that should lead to a rational behavior of more personal responsibilities in the public spaces, a citizen conscience and solidarity in the social relations, and the free participation in the processes of decision making.
