Within the framework of the discussion raised between the ethical constructivism and the communitarian theses, this essay tries to focus on sorne main reflections around the possibility of determining an universal and ethical normative frame, paying attention to the consequences that such discussion brings to the notion ofHuman Rights in the constitution and real recognition of the Human Subject in our contemporary and global Society.
