AMBIVALENCIA METAFÍSICA DEL PODER

Resumen

-- The present paper investigates two alternatives about the metaphysical character of power. Starting from Leibniz's alternative between substances and relationships, power is first revised as a relationship to sustain the possibility that, in our time, it could be becoming an entity with the character of absolute that have had Being, God or Man in other moments of the western history. The indications that sustain this suspicion are presented in our paper, which could be its nature, as well as sorne consequences that the culture would suff er in case these changes were confirmed.
