-- This paper examines a hermeneutical program taken and appliedly Laureano Vallenilla Lanz on the stuqy of social, political and historical phenomena that have become Venezuelan nationaliry. Basically, Vallenilla has got two goals in mind: the first, to detect most frequent mistakes that, to his opinion, have led Venezuelan social-political and historical past; the latter, to show alternatives of comprehension consideredly him as the most adequate far its righteousness and scientific accurary.
