The purpose aj this essay is an exercise aj comparison to enable intra Latin imagines sorne aj the edges that transmit identification and differentiation between the countries aj our region, so that they can be consciously incorporated into the discourse on what we consider to be our commonjuture. We have considered it necessary to start talking three macro components aj Latin America, but sorne individual exhibit marked differences with each unit to the other. They are Spanish America, Portuguese America (Brazil) and French America. We hope to contribute to point out the complexity of Latin America. Furthermore we believe that this methodology three Latin Block allows a more appropriate comparative exercise especially when we include Brazil, it is not desirable -because- scale take into account only as a comparable national unity Hispanic national units, as utility comparison disappears as a contribution to the knowledge of both realities. We have prejerred to see Brazil and Hispanic America, as individual sets also for at least three centuries, they were in fact and it can be assumed that this unit lies in the depths of their societal constitution and is the unit you want appeal in this comparative exercise.
