Resumen

This essay tries to explore the implications of discernment of history in an adult and contemporary Christian experience. After reflecting sorne fundamental problems, we will approach the experience communicated through the Holy Scripture and the recent Teachings of the Catholic Church. Final/y we will review sorne European and Latin American authors. The essay pretends to make sorne proposals facing our daily lije, through a theological and pastoral rejlection born in contemporary christian communities.
