DISCERNIMIENTO DE LA ACCIÓN DEL ESPÍRITU EN LA HISTORIA
Resumen
-- The assumption for disceming the Spirit's action in the history is that, in effect, it acts and that its action nor is so evident that it <loes not need to discem itself, nor so hidden that cannot be distinguished. If the Spirit is not a worldly reality, he only acts through others. If it <loes not incamate itself in any reality, no person or institution expresses it by hypothesis. The Spirit leads history towards the brotherly world of the children of God. The newness of the discemment as it is presented by the II Vatican Council is the historical action, is to say, by the transformation of structures, institutions, mentalities, symbols and habits towards a unified humanity that growths in the ecological, democratic and human rights culture. The discemment such as it is treated by Medellín is understood as the human developmen, in the perspective of liberation, whereas Puebla continues Medellín's view, but assurning the consequences. In our situation the discemment is reviwed not through cultivation of historical acquisitions that are risking to lose itself, but mainly it passes through the recognition of the poor men and the fight to eradicate poverty.
