-- The Plenary Venezuelan Council assumed the pastoral theological fine (interpretative concept and value as a unifying thread or axis) of communion. This notion enucleante he added, as complementary, solidarity (as did Puebla with "participation"). In the logic of this "fine", the Plenary Council offers its analysis and rejlection, as well as its guidelines and standards, according to the ecclesiology of communion, generating a spirituality and pastoral communion. In doing so lies in the direction taken by Vatican JI. Moreover, it raises in this regard, the need for a conversion ecclesiological (cf document Communion in the life of the Church in Venezuela, 5): change in ecclesiology "classical ", "antireformista ", to another, from Church communion, the People of God .The present paper aims to present the features of ecclesiology that this is overcome· (terminus a quo) and, more broadly, the "renewed" (terminus ad quem), which serves as a framework and guide to Plenary Council.
