Resumen

-- The Venezuelan church has inside herself people who be long to opposed political parties. lt is afact that President Chávez manipulates the Christian symbols to his convenience. The discernment searches always to allow God to be God; that is to say, it searches to befreefromfalse divinity images. The period between 2011 and 2013 is a time for discernment. There is a 60% of Venezuelans who fluctuates around the pales while the extremes are 20-20. lt has to go forward common places. False dilemmas take place when the authentic one refers to the way of thinking and doing politics. The most important point today is to discern the oil rent role. Making explicit our own idea of peo ple and learning to discover it will help us to see those attitudes and concepts thatdo not follow democracy. The Church as people of God encourages us to live as Citizens people and not as low age persons, that cannot see what they need. The parable of the wheat and darnel shows the attitude that the church has to take: that of the suffering servant. Dialogue is the main tool. lf there is no dialogue the sceneries are war or anarchy. What will happen during the next years in Venezuela will depend greatly on how the differences are handled.
