Resumen

-- The excess ofthe divine reality, which we can characterize under theform ofbeing over (über), is donated to us in the event of being in (in): in our own history, but in the scandal of our own shades. God is an excess that is revealed in the depth of our human
contradiction, embracing it and welcoming it, in spite of the scandalfor the human reason, in arder to make arise the lightfor an authentic form of theological reasoning. The German word Widerspruch (contradiction) implies two semantic moments. On the one hand it expresses encounter and diction, indicating the dialogical and affirmative moment of the positive theology such as in Widerspruch. But simultaneously it expresses contradiction, opposition between two principies, emphasizing therefore the dialectic moment of the negative theology, such as in Widerspruch. Nevertheless, the word does not acquire its meaning but in the union of both senses, in the in between (entre), in the tension that is developed in between both pales, between the positive and negative theology, between the dialogical and the dialectic reasoning. This alterity is the same form of the analogy tha constitutes the theological reasoning and expresses itself through different theological styles. This theology of the Widerspruch keeps awake the face of the Deus semper maior. The God who is revealed as a sofl voice in the middle of our historical drama, as a light that shines in the middle of our darkness and contradiction, embracing us. It is the experience of the God in-over us (in-über).
