Resumen

-- The fundamental bases of ordained ministry are grounded on previous theological realities and notions, on which it is bond, such as:
Christ, Church, Community. The way of relating and implying these three realities is the key element of priesthood. This essay will develop the Christological essence (priests of Jesus Christ), the ecclesiological dimension (ministers of the Church) and the communitarian purpose ( shepherds of God's people ). This ministry and practice will permit the fundamental bases in the subsequently evolution that will lead into a theology of the sacrament of Order. It is necessary to reflect on the specific way by which an ordained ministry participates in the only  priesthood of Christ, such as the II Vatican Council quoted.
