-- The Second Vatican Council represents a very significant trend in the history of the Church. It is a cal! to rethink ecclesiological and anthropological models. The reception of the Council has been slow. We can even say that the Church, understood as "lnstitution ", has not yet received it completely, though many individuals and groups ofthe people of God strive to live itas Good News.
