Resumen

---  The author of this essay propases to reflect on the priestly ministry, but viewing itfrom the vocational crisis phenomenon. Two reflections are made, not only in para/le! but simultaneously, juxtaposed and correspondent. /t's about understanding the phenomenon of vocational crisis, see the roots that cause it, to articulate the tension of living in this world without being ofitas one ofthe more characteristic properties, but most neglected of the priestly ministry. At least to verify that the absence of vocations is not about anforgetting from Holy Spirit, it is rather about the rooted sin in the priest's lije style.
