PUEBLO Y NUEVO PACTO SOCIAL

Resumen

-- Venezuela is today a poor society, because the whole of goods and economic services is poor; and so is the democratic quality of the politic result; and so is the direction and administration of the state and govemment, the human values, the social living together and solidarity. The way out from this poverty, will not be possible without the mutual acknowledgment of the different groups and the development of relations that are not excluding each other, but completing and strengthening them. A new social pact is necessary.
