Resumen

-- In search far an answer about Christian understanding of Church 's mastery we find, in the first place, the assertion of the pennanent presence of Our Lord's Resurrection, who is still the only Master of the community by His Spirit's work, who always refers to Jesus aj Nazareth (Paul and the Q). Thus we find sorne essential features far a Christian discipleship asking far whoever wishes to be a master an attitude of service even so to give in life (Mark), a theologically founded fraternity (Matthew), a radical giving away anda preference far the poor (Luke), andan absolute primacy of love over all authority (John). Finally, we observe that there have been severa! different ways to carry out authority even from the very beginning (Pastoral and Apostolic Fathers), and that in our Latin American Church never have been failed masters and priests, faithful Jésus' followers and lave models far their brothers, specially poor and victims from the beginning up to the most recent Medellín's Pentecost
