Resumen

--  Jesus declared in bis public life the exousía, the power that the Father had granted him. The narrative plot of the four Gospels is built up around this manifestation of Jesus' power. From a communicative stand point we have chosen sorne logia of Jesus to evidence bis incisive style manifesting authority. In regards to the power, Jesus had always a critical attitude. As for as the political power, Jesus criticized its use in general, relativized the use of power by the Cesar, delimited and circumscribed the political power that Pilato
assured he had. As for as the religious power Jesus respected and considered the use of power by the priests in general, but mended the abuse of power by priests and lays. As for as the power ef wealth Jesus oriented bis disciples about the good use of money, warned about the unfortunate power of wealth and praised those who had rejected the power of wealth.
